With many years of experience working alongside the National Health Service, we understand the importance of working professionally, sensitively and safely in difficult environments. Our team has extensive experience supporting vulnerable tenants, complex cases and properties requiring urgent attention.

About us

For us, this business has never just been about cleaning properties – it is about helping people.

Between Natalie and Theresa, we have many years of experience working within the National Health Service. Through our roles, we have supported people during some of the most difficult times in their lives and developed a deep understanding of mental health, vulnerability and the challenges many people face behind closed doors.

We understand that situations such as hoarding, severe neglect, mould, trauma, bereavement and poor living conditions are rarely “just a mess”. They are often linked to mental health, illness, isolation, trauma or difficult life circumstances.

That is why we approach every person and every property with compassion, dignity and absolutely no judgement.

We know how important it is to listen, to be patient and to help people feel safe and supported. Whether we are working with vulnerable tenants, families, housing providers or support services, our aim is always the same – to make a positive difference and help people move forward.

We are proud to combine our experience from the National Health Service with the work we do now, supporting people, improving homes and helping create safer, healthier environments.

Because for us, people will always come first.
